At Rose City, we believe children have an innate sense of God’s presence. We are committed to shaping our children’s ministry around “Godly Play” - a Montessori based curriculum - to spark the innate spiritual wonder in our kids. In Godly Play we enter into parables, silence, secret stories, and sacred liturgy in order to discover God, ourselves, and one another in the world around us. The Godly Play approach supports challenges nourishes and guides each child in the spiritual journey.

SUNDAY WORSHIP

Children are welcome to stay with their parents in the worship service or join Rose City Kids for a time of Godly Play teaching, crafts, music and games. 

Nursery: Avaliable all service (10:00-11:30am)

2-4 years: Avaliable all service (10:00-11:30am)

K-2nd Grade: Begins after the worship music until end of service (approx. 10:30am-11:30am).

CHILDCARE SAFTEY

All of our volunteers have undergone supervised training and have passed thorough background checks. Even more, they have a passion for empowering kids to experience the love of God in a fun and safe environment. 

Our easy check-in process ensures your children are safe. You can also sign up to receive text alerts to get updates on your children during the service.

A MINISTRY OF CARE

We provide safe, quality care and valuable teaching to Rose City Kids as we also minister to the whole family.

We design events and activities to bring the family together including community play dates and parents’ night out.

Each family decides what is right for them. Children are welcome to stay in the service to worship alongside their family or care is available upstairs in the nursery and Rose City Kids classroom
