Each Sunday we gather around 10am to grab a cup of coffee and say hello to one another before heading into the sanctuary to begin service at 10:05am.
Our services are designed to draw our attention to God’s loving presence with us and in the world. We begin our time singing and reading scripture together. We then move into a time of engaging the scriptures through teaching, conversation and prayer.
Our service always includes the celebration of Holy Communion to center us and send us out as the people of God!
Our Sunday services usually last 1.5 hours.
Some people dress down with shorts and flip flops and some people come dressed up in dresses or button up shirts . We encourage you to dress in whatever makes you comfortable.
Children are an integral part of the life of our church. They are welcome to stay in the sanctuary with parents and play with a liturgy box filled with toys and games during the service.
We also offer our Rose City Kids classes for children preschool aged to 5th grade. During this time, children will enjoy a time of Godly Play teaching, making crafts, and playing games. Children join their families at the end of our services to celebration communion with the whole congregation.
Our Nursery is avaliable for children 6 months - 3 years old.
We’d love to get to know you! Would you like to set up time to meet with a pastor? Are you looking for someone to pray with you? Want to join a small group? Let us know here!
We believe that church is about more than sitting through a Sunday service. We are meant to live out being the church! One way we do this is through 5th Sundays.
When there is a 5th Sunday in the month (about 4x a year) we have a family friendly service project instead of our traditional service.
On these weeks we still meet at the church, but we will work together on a project to support one of our local nonprofit partners.
